When booking an appointment, you will be asked to pay a deposit to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. We have a 48 hour cancellation period that clients must honour, if an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours or if the client fails to show, a cancellation fee will be charged. Fees are as follow: less than 48 hours 25%, within 24 hours 50%, no-show 75%.
